Grappa di Amarone
“It is obtained by the distillation of the marc,
derived from the devatting of the Amarone.
Soon after the devatting, the marc is lightly
pressed and then distilled.
DISTILLATION PERIOD: within five days of the devatting
TYPE OF DISTILLATION PLANT: intermittent vapour flow
RIPENING: in steel
HONING: in the bottle for at least 12 months
ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS: clean, transparent colour;
has an ethereal and refined aroma. The intense taste is reminiscent of the strong character of amarone grapes.
CHEMICAL CHARACTERISTICS: 43% alcohol by vol.
BOTTLE: Vinaria of 0,50 litres
PACKAGING: 6-bottle carton weighing approximately 7kg,
or 1 at a weight of approximately 1,10kg. “
